Where we ship from

Every order of Carolyn X-TOL ships from our facility in Cleveland, Ohio: Superior Flux & Mfg. Co., 6615 Parkland Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44139, United States. Every order ships with tracking.

 

Where we ship to

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Because X-TOL ships under hazardous materials rules, we cannot ship the 1 gallon to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping costs

1 gallon: flat-rate shipping of $59 per gallon, plus a $25 hazmat delivery fee per order. For example, 1 gallon ships for $84 and 2 gallons ship for $143. Online orders are limited to 6 gallons; for larger quantities, contact us for a quote.

16 oz: $8 standard shipping, free on orders over $70, or $15 express.

Why is there a hazmat fee?

X-TOL is a concentrated cleaning product. The 1 gallon has to travel by ground under hazardous materials (hazmat) rules, and carriers charge an extra fee for that service. The $25 hazmat delivery fee covers it.

 

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

 

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package so we can make it right.
