Is it safe for wool rugs?
Yes, and that is what it was built for. X-TOL is shampoo chemistry rather than an enzyme formula. Test a hidden corner first.
What dilution should I use?
One part X-TOL to 32 parts warm water for routine cleaning, up to 1 to 16 for heavy soil. Use equal parts as a spot pre-treatment. See the dilution chart.
Can I use it in my carpet cleaning machine?
Yes. Mix at your working dilution and add it to the solution tank.
Will it leave residue?
No. It rinses clean without a tacky residue.
Does it remove pet odor?
It cleans the stain. It is a shampoo, not an odor neutralizer.

Every order ships from Cleveland, Ohio, with tracking.
How much is shipping?
The 1 gallon ships at a flat rate of $59 per gallon, plus a $25 hazmat delivery fee per order, because X-TOL travels under hazardous materials rules. The 16 oz ships for $8, free on orders over $70. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. See our shipping policy.
Can I return an opened bottle?
Opened bottles cannot be returned because X-TOL ships under hazardous materials rules. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
