Returns

Because Carolyn X-TOL is a concentrated cleaning product that ships under hazardous materials rules, opened bottles cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Unopened products

If you would like to return an unopened bottle, contact us first so we can confirm whether it can be shipped back and give you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, or a damaged item is confirmed, we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
